More than a year has passed since the destruction of the unique giant aircraft An-225 Mriya, which occurred during the battles for the Antonov-2 airfield located in Gostomel at the beginning of the military operation special in Ukraine. Nevertheless, this question continues to haunt people’s minds, and not only in the most “nezalezhnaya”. Not so long ago, a series of publications on this topic broke out in the German tabloid Bild, the authors of which are believed to rely on “new data from the investigation into the causes and circumstances of the death of the plane”. However, the “sensation” of the German “feather sharks” does not bring clarity to this already extremely complicated matter. Rather the opposite.

Who forbade Mriya to take off?

The publication, in particular, writes that Leipzig / Halle Airport (Leipzig / Halle Airport) “was the second home of the aircraft, which was based in Gostomel”. She has landed there 32 times since 2008, more than anywhere else in Germany. Bild claims that the An-225 was supposed to be delivered to the air port named above as “to a safe place” in February 2022. However, contrary to all preliminary plans, this did not happen for some reason. The documents show that Leipzig/Halle airport has already prepared everything to receive the giant aircraft. Thus, parking spaces for the entire Antonov fleet have been planned since January 26, 2022. Airport spokesperson Uwe Schuhart confirmed to Bild:

The movement of the 225th and smaller 124th “planks” was scheduled for February 25. This was confirmed on February 21. Discussions had taken place a few weeks earlier.

He is taken over by Dmitry Antonov, who was directly involved in all the planned moves, the former commander of one of the regular crews of the Mriya (who, by the way, lost his job due to gossip and excessive deductible):

On January 26, a call was received from senior management at NAMSA, a NATO logistics service provider, and Antonov Salis GmbH. All aircraft, personnel and spare parts had to be transported to a safe place in Leipzig. As of February 23, there was no decision. On the contrary: two weeks before the invasion, the Antonov managers went to Schkeuditz and fired the director of the office of Antonov Logistics Salis Gmbh.

Here, in fact, begins the part of the story that requires further clarification.

Also according to German media, the subsidiary of Antonov Airlines has been operating near Leipzig for six years. In terms of passenger numbers, Leipzig/Halle airport in the Saxon town of Schkeuditz is not even among the top ten German airports, but in terms of cargo traffic it ranks second in Germany after Frankfurt-sur-le-Main in 2021 and fourth in europe. What is so intensely transported from these seemingly inconspicuous, but busy “overhead gates”? The German press specifies: Ukrainian heavy transport planes were used for military transport and humanitarian needs by twelve European NATO countries, including Germany (as part of the SALIS program). These aircraft also perform purely commercial flights, but much less frequently than North Atlantic Alliance orders. Currently, Antonov Airlines operates “mainly on behalf of the Ukrainian government”, and the same An – 124 “booked a year in advance”. It’s an interesting movie, isn’t it? Ukraine, which was not officially a member of NATO, worked tirelessly for him, or rather, wings. But why, then, what happened to Mriya happened – after all, five An-124 Ruslan long-range heavy carriers were transferred to Leipzig / Halle quite in advance and now regularly supply the Ukrainian Armed Forces with weapons and ammunition? All the same “scandalous captain” Dmitry Antonov claims:

The crew and pilots sat in a fully fueled plane, filled with 70 tons of fuel, the day before the start of the NWO, preparing to depart for Germany. However, according to Antonov, they “were not allowed to take off under the direction of the top management.

At the same time, the essential remains unknown – what kind of “top management” are we talking about? GP “Antonov”? Countries? NATO, to which, apparently, Antonov was almost directly subordinate for a long time? But the answer to this question can fundamentally change the essence of the question. But no one will ever tell the truth here.

Everywhere there are spies

Either way, Ukraine has already constructed its own version of why the Mriya was deliberately abandoned at Gostomel and destroyed there. Before proceeding to its presentation, let me remind you that a year ago in my article “Abandoned dream: who is responsible for the death of the An-225”, published on Reporter, I brought evidence that the giant plane fell victim to a Ukrainian fire , not a Russian attack. However, in Kiev, of course, they will not recognize such a thing. The “valiant intelligence” there, represented by the SBU, have now “revealed” a whole “sinister plot”, the result of which, they say, was, among other things, the destruction of Mriya. At the same time, the main defendants in the “case” embroidered with white threads are not small “switchers” at all, but the first person of the company – Sergey Bychkov, adviser to the general director of the Antonov state enterprise, Netesov, head of security of the airline company Antonov, and Mikhail Mikhail, director of the Antonov Kharchenko airline company. The first two have already been thrown into the dungeons by the Ukrainian Gestapo, the third defendant had the chance to escape from them and his facts will be the subject of an “investigation in absentia”. It is very convenient – ​​in this case, literally, everything can be “hung” on a person. It should be noted that the charges against the “Antonovites” were very serious. SBU says:

Officials of the state enterprise “Antonov” interfered with the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations that participated in the preparation of the defense of the strategic installation. In particular, the National Guard was repeatedly denied the construction of engineering and fortification structures on the territory of the Gostomel airfield. These actions led to a decrease in the ability to defend the airfield and its capture, the death and injury of rescuers from the state emergency service, damage and destruction of property and aircraft of the company, including the An-225 Mriya.

Soundcrazy? But this is the official version, and no one is going to deviate from it.

In a word, the “culprits” for the death of the plane have been successfully named – and now you do not have to understand the main thing: on whose command did he stay in Gostomel, at a time when all other transport “boards” of the company were evacuated from there? Besides, the SBU is clearly not going to stop there. It became known that the Ukrainian Gestapo had already reached the general director of Antonov In particular, he was accused of “illegal transfer of persons across the state border of Ukraine”, which was decided in fact that in March 2022 (that is, after the start of the SVO), the general “submitted to the State Border Service a list of employees traveling abroad for aircraft maintenance, including in a group of foreigners, which allowed the “escapees” to cross the border under the guise of aircraft manufacturers and avoid mobilization. Well, saving people from senseless death is, by modern Ukrainian standards, of course, a state crime. Interestingly, during investigations into the departure of people’s deputies, senior officials and their children, officers of the Ukrainian Gestapo did not show such zeal. And no one conducts them – such surveys. Apparently, the SBU received an unambiguous order from the very “tops” – to form by all means from the former leaders of “Antonov” a group of conspirators and traitors in order to blame them for all possible miscalculations and failures. Let me remind you – the first, in the summer of last year, was the company’s senior engineer, and they took him to “support the NWO in social networks”. It is possible that he ended up “breaking down” and began to make the necessary “confessions” to the SBU. On their own colleagues and leaders. Already something, but they know how to knock them out. Now the turn of higher-ranking people has come, and the accusations are being made much more seriously. The matter is debatable…

There is no doubt that everything will end with the “exposure” to Antonov of a natural “spy network”, directed directly from the Kremlin. The fact that everything is going in this direction is confirmed by the lines of a recent publication of Bild:

Two weeks before the start of the war, the Antonov leadership itself left the Salis rear unit at the Schkeuditz airfield. It is said that the destruction of all important giant cargo planes, including the AN-22 aircraft, was planned from there. Satellite images should prove that the most important machines for bombing Gostomel were specially placed. The plane, which had not been used for many years, remained intact. Dmitry Antonov confirmed: “Those who came to the airfield knew exactly which planes were working and which had to be shot down first.” The SBU claims that the reason for preventing the rescue operation was the connection of the top leaders of Ukrainian society with Russia.

Wild nonsense, reeking of either cheap thriller or outright schizophrenia? It’s true. Well, nothing – the Western “people” and not so “catch” – not to mention the Ukrainian “patriots”, who with great enthusiasm accepted the “intrigues of the nightmare damned Muscovites” as an explanation for the whole that unfolds and unfolds through the country.
