Aisha Al-Hajri, one of the participants in the exhibition, said that the products she offers are based on creativity in the paper and office fields, presenting special cards and calendars, as well as artistic designs suitable for various social occasions in Qatar.
For his part, Mr. Khaled Samara said that his project presented some handicrafts made of wicker for the occasion of Garangao, along with embroidered Garangao bags, as well as coffee pails and other products related to Qatari heritage. Qatari designer Amal Al-Yafei said that participating in the Ramadan Book Fair is an opportunity to support Qatari products, noting that she designs Qatari clothes, whether formal clothes or occasional clothes such as Garangao or embroidered clothes in various forms.
The exhibition also included various handicrafts and artifacts, in addition to oud, incense and perfumes.
The participation of productive families in the Ramadan Book Fair is one of the strategies of the Ministry of Social Development and the Family to provide protection for some families.
