The Ministry of Health sets working hours in a number of its service departments during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday

The Ministry of Public Health announced the working hours in each of the birth registration offices and the Department of Medical Relations and Treatment Abroad, during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday. The Ministry stated that requests to issue birth certificates for newborns during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday will be received only electronically, through the registration link on its website. She stated that auditors can receive birth certificates through the Newborns Registration Office at the Women’s Health and Research Center from 8:30 am to 12 noon, or by delivery via “Qatar Post”. The service of issuing death certificates will also be provided in the Office of Human Services throughout the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon, while receiving applications for the Births and Deaths Committee will be stopped during the Eid holidays. As for the appointments for receiving patients of the Medical Relations and Treatment Abroad Department, they will be at the Ministry of Public Health building from 19 to 27 April, from 9 am to 11:45 pm, except for Friday and Saturday. Inquiries related to treatment abroad are received via the hotline 33559950. Patients can also track the status of the transaction and travel procedures through the electronic system via the link that is sent to them by text message from the beginning of the transaction.
