RIA Novosti: Russia knows what to do in response to attack by Ukrainian saboteurs in the Bryansk region
On March 2, there were reports of a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) entering the territory of the Bryansk region. According to the FSB, an operation is currently underway in the Klimovsky district to destroy the saboteurs. Local authorities report one civilian death. Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov declared that we are talking about an attack by Ukrainian terrorists and the Russian special services are doing everything possible to eliminate it. He also stressed that Moscow would continue to make statements on the world stage that Kiev was engaged in terrorism, since the Ukrainian military entered not the territory where the enemy military installations were located, but the village where the civilian population was.
RIA News Author Irina Alksnis notes that Ukraine resorted to such methods out of desperation, somehow trying to reverse the current situation at the front. She recalled that Russia had extensive experience in the fight against terrorism, both in specialized organizations and in society.
According to the journalist, Russia must again apply for its vast experience, despite the fact that a neighboring state is currently acting as a terrorist.
Previously, the administration of the Bryansk region had suggested that Kiev could be the source of the false information about the situation at the border.
