Today, Tuesday, the public prosecutor ordered the referral of the killer of her son, Faqous, to the criminal court, after which it was proven that she was free from any psychological or mental disorder and that evidence was gathered that she was committed to the incident.
And according to the Egyptian prosecutor’s office, in a statement posted on its official Facebook page, “investigations have concluded that Hana Mohamed Hassan premeditatedly killed her 5-year-old child, for fear that her divorced husband would separate him from her”.
The alone statement added that the accused “prepared an ax stick to kill the child, closed the windows of the house and left him, taking advantage of her confidence in her, but she ignored him and gave three blows to the head which caused his death .
He continued: “To hide the traces of her crime, she cut the child’s body into pieces to hide it, but she was arrested before she could bury it.”
The statement confirmed that the prosecution “took numerous precise investigative procedures which proved that he was committed to the incident with good conscience and conscience, and is fond of the desire to possess him, and to prevent his person divorcee and her family to mingle with him, or sue her for the right to see him.”
The prosecution indicated that it did not rely solely on his confession to have committed the crime to establish the evidence, but also checked the validity of these statements, and the validity of the attribution of the charge. brought against him from the testimony of 16 witnesses, and what he found during the examination of the scene of the crime, and what he found there of the remains of the corpse and the tools and effects of the crime. And which was proved by the reports of the Forensic Medicine Authority, which confirmed the ratio of the body genetically of the murderer’s parts, and the percentage of blood found on his clothes to the dead man, and also proved the lawfulness of the incident as admitted by the accused, and the use of the tools that were seized.
The statement also pointed out that “reports have proven that she did not use any narcotic substances and the seized drugs were free from her residence which would affect her mental or nervous health.”
He explained that “what definitively determined the mental and psychological integrity of the accused and her responsibility in the commission of the crime was what was proven in the report published by the Department of Forensic Psychiatry of the Regional Council of mental health, that she does not suffer, either at the time of the examination or at the time of the commission of the crime, from any psychological or mental disorder which causes her to lose or lack of consciousness responsible for the crime that she has committed.
